Mirabella enjoys her first snow day

While Mom got stuck between Lafayette LA and KC traveling to speak at a Medical Association conference Mirabella and Dad watched the snow fall and sang Christmas Carols. Mom got back into town to find that her office had closed early due to weather and we enjoyed our first "Snow Day" together. Her favorite carol is "Jingle Bells" and although she was born with an evident passion for sunny beaches, she was enamored with the snow. After a few minutes playing in the wet stuff, she inquired as to when we would return to an oceanside umbrella with sand warming her little toes.
